Infinity Group is the parent group for Advanced Ceramics and Infinity Diamond Wheels, our two companies was established in 1981, we are celebrating our 40th anniversary this year. We have the benefit of 40 years of R&D from Anglo and De Beers, backing our products. Our workshop is 10 000 square metres with an additional 2500 square metres of stores and office space.
On the general engineering side, we have 22 CNC machines (lathes and milling machines), two large vertical and horizontal boring machines, wire cutting spark eroding machines, grinders, and a number of other conventional machines at our disposal.
The third exciting piece that we have acquired is the diamond wheel division where the product is used for grinding applications. De Beers Industrial Diamonds started manufacturing wheels for the company’s own consumption in 1981 and this was continued when the rebranding took place.
For example ceramics are used in disc brakes and bullet-proof vests. We have not explored making components for these products before but will be able to do so in future. For any other applications, components or products that require ceramic as the material we will be able to offer a service.
